DELIVERY AND RETURNS
FREE DELIVERY ON ALL ORDERS
We are pleased to offer 2 to 3 day FREE standard delivery. All orders that are placed through
JSN Nutrition are tracked and will have a tracking reference number sent out via email for you to keep an eye on the whereabouts of your order.
We are pleased to offer 5 to 7 working days delivery (depending on customs in the specific country)

Rest of The World Delivery
Due to the UK leaving the EU we do not currently offer delivery to countries outside Europe. We hope to update this when we have more information.
Our Returns Policy lasts for 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it/them.
To process your return, we require your invoice number as sent with purchase.
Your Statutory Rights
Our Returns Policy does not affect your Statutory Rights.
Wrong item received
If you have received the wrong item(s) by mistake then we will look to resolve this error as quickly as possible. The item(s) must be returned unopened and undamaged and we will always offer either an exchange or a full refund.
Please contact us using the Contact Us page and we will reply with further instructions on a return.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If the return has been approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us using our Contact Us page.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange for the same item(s), contact us using our Contact Us page and we will be in touch with further instructions.
You as the customer are responsible for paying for your own postage costs for returning your item(s).
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are posting an item you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can not always guarantee that we will receive the item you are returning.
